Question to ask
It's your choice. We encourage you to be there to meet your cleaners for the first visit at least long enough to show them home all rooms. It helps greatly for you to make a list of your priorities (these may vary from visit to visit). This list can then be used by a substitute in the event your regular person is ill. The cleaners will do just about anything they can to help you. If you can not be at home when the cleaners arrive, please inform us and give us specific instructions to enter the house.
We work in team of 2 people to four, depending on the size of homes and hours in our schedule.
All our teams are trained and supervised before they're permitted to clean your house. Sometimes we check and we make sure nothing is missed and that any special requests we receive from our customers is taken care of.
If you choose to use your own products or equipment because of allergic or other reasons, please let the office know and leave them out where we can easily find them, preferably in the kitchen area.
No. You pay only when you use our cleaning service. We require minimum 24 hours notice before you go away, the date of your last visit before you go and the date of your first cleaning when you are back.

Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive public liability cover.
Bullet Cleaning company policy is that you pay directly the cleaners.
Yes, you surely can. We can arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your house at a convenient for you time. (only if is required).
Bullet Cleaning will contact you to arrange temporary cover should your regular cleaner is unable to come to you for any reason.
No, the rate of pay for the cleaner is the same even during the weekends.
If you do not need the cleaner for a period of one month or longer just give us aone weeknotice . When you want you can re-start your service.
We provide a general cleaning service for homes and commercial properties, including one-off cleans, and an oven cleaning service etc.
